Platform

Eight Modules, One Platform, One Source of Truth

RTMPlatform is the encompassing layer that connects your ERP, SFA, and BI into a single decision-and-action system. No rip-and-replace — just a smarter layer on top.

Why a platform, not more point tools

Most FMCG distributors already run an ERP for orders, an SFA for field visits, and a BI tool for dashboards. The problem is never a lack of tools — it's the gaps between them. A field rep sees a shelf problem but can't trigger a corrective task from the same screen. A trade spend analyst spots overpayment but needs three systems to trace the invoice back to the agreement. RTMPlatform doesn't replace those tools. It sits on top, reads data from all of them through adapters, and writes decisions back — tasks, order suggestions, alerts. The result: your existing investments keep working, but they finally talk to each other.

The eight modules

Each module can be activated independently. Most customers start with two or three and expand as they see results.

Availability Management

Define target availability per product, channel, and geography. The system compares targets against actual sell-out and stock data, flags gaps, and generates replenishment suggestions — before the shelf goes empty.

Shelf Layout & Planogram

Upload planograms, then validate compliance through store photos. AI-powered image analysis detects product placement, facing counts, and share of shelf. Non-compliant stores get corrective tasks automatically.

Field Operations

Plan visit routes, assign tasks to field reps, and track completion in real time. Every visit produces structured data — not just a GPS ping, but actual store-level observations feeding back into the platform.

Target Management

Distribute sales targets across regions, channels, distributors, and SKUs. Track achievement in real time with drill-down from national totals to individual store performance. Supports multi-dimensional targets.

Trade Spend

Capture invoices via OCR, match them against trade agreements, and route through multi-step approval workflows. Track spending against budgets in real time — no more quarterly reconciliation surprises.

Surveys & Field Data

Build configurable field surveys for stock counts, competitor tracking, pricing audits, and customer feedback. Data flows directly into the platform's analytics layer — no manual exports.

Integration Hub

Adapter-based architecture connects to ERP, SFA, EDI, e-invoice systems, and logistics platforms. Each adapter handles bidirectional data flow: inbound for analysis, outbound for action. New adapters are built per customer without changing the core.

Reporting & BI

Pre-built scorecards for sales performance, field effectiveness, availability, and trade spend. Executive dashboards surface what matters. Every module feeds data into the BI layer, so reports always reflect the full operational picture.

AI layer

How AI fits in

AI in RTMPlatform isn't a separate product — it's woven into the modules where it produces measurable outcomes. We deploy AI capabilities where they reduce manual work or improve decision accuracy. Some are in production today, others are in active development.

  • 01

    Shelf image analysis

Computer vision processes store photos to detect products, count facings, and compare against planograms. In production.

  • 02

    Invoice recognition

OCR reads PDF and image invoices, extracts line items, and matches them to trade agreements. The model improves with each correction. In production.

  • 03

    Demand forecasting

Combines historical sales, seasonality patterns, and current stock levels to generate availability and order recommendations. In development.

  • 04

    Conversational assistant

Natural language interface for operational queries — ask about a region's performance, a store's visit history, or a product's availability status. In development.

Architecture

Integration is the architecture

RTMPlatform connects to your systems through purpose-built adapters — not generic API calls. Each adapter understands the data model of the source system and translates it into RTMPlatform's unified schema. Data flows both ways: inbound from your ERP, SFA, and logistics systems for analysis, and outbound as tasks, orders, and alerts pushed back into those same systems. This means field reps don't need to learn a new tool — they get RTMPlatform's intelligence delivered through interfaces they already use.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical implementation take?
For an initial deployment with 2-3 modules and one ERP integration, expect 6-10 weeks. This includes adapter development, data mapping, user training, and a parallel-run period. We're conservative with timelines because we'd rather deliver reliably than overpromise.
Can RTMPlatform work alongside my existing ERP?
That's the entire point. RTMPlatform is designed as a layer on top of your ERP, not a replacement. We build a dedicated adapter for your ERP system that handles bidirectional data flow. Your ERP stays your system of record for orders and finance; RTMPlatform adds the analytical and operational intelligence layer.
Do we have to use all 8 modules?
No. Every customer gets a tailored package. Most start with 2-3 modules — typically Availability, Field Operations, and Reporting — and add more as they see results. Each module is independently useful, but they share data when combined.
What data does RTMPlatform need to get started?
At minimum: your product master data, customer/store list, and sales transaction history. For field operations, we need store locations and current visit plans. For trade spend, we need agreement structures. We handle the data mapping during implementation — you don't need to transform anything upfront.
How is RTMPlatform different from a pure image-recognition tool?
Image recognition is one capability within one module (Shelf Layout). RTMPlatform is a full operational platform covering eight domains. The image analysis feeds into the broader system — a planogram violation triggers a corrective task, which gets assigned to a field rep, tracked to completion, and reflected in performance scorecards. A standalone image tool can tell you there's a problem; RTMPlatform closes the loop.
What happens to our data — where is it stored?
All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region (Netherlands). Each customer runs in an isolated environment. We do not share data across tenants, and we comply with KVKK (Turkish data protection law). Data retention and deletion policies are defined per customer contract.
