Why we exist

RTMPlatform started with a simple observation: FMCG distributors and brand owners buy plenty of software — ERP for orders, SFA for field visits, BI for dashboards — but nobody builds the connecting tissue between them. A field rep sees a shelf problem but can't act on it without switching systems. A sales director watches a dashboard but can't drill into why a territory is underperforming without calling three people. The data exists, but it's scattered. The analysis happens, but it's disconnected from action. We built RTMPlatform to close that gap. Not by replacing existing tools — those investments are real and they work for what they do — but by adding an encompassing layer that reads from all of them, runs analysis across the combined data, and pushes decisions back into the operational flow. The founding team combines years of FMCG sales-distribution experience with software engineering. We've walked the routes, managed the distributors, and built the integrations. RTMPlatform reflects that dual perspective.

Where we're going

From Turkey outward

RTMPlatform is operational in Turkey today, serving a paying reference customer in live production. Our infrastructure is designed from the ground up for multi-geography deployment across seven target regions: Turkey, Central Asia, Gulf, Caucasus, Africa, and the Balkans. We're honest about where we are: single-customer, operationally profitable, early in our growth phase. The multi-tenant architecture is ready, and we're actively working on expanding to additional customers and geographies. Our goal isn't to be the biggest SaaS platform. It's to become the data and decision infrastructure that FMCG sales-distribution teams rely on — in every geography where fast-moving goods need to reach shelves efficiently.

Turkey, primarily. Our infrastructure runs on Azure West Europe. The team combines FMCG industry experience with software engineering, and we work across Turkish time (UTC+3).
