Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We'll ask a few questions at the start to understand your current setup, then tailor the walkthrough accordingly. If you want to send us background info in advance — current tools, pain points, team structure — we can make the demo even more relevant, but it's not required.
Who should join from our team?
Ideally, someone from commercial/sales operations and someone from IT. The commercial person validates whether the workflows match your reality; the IT person evaluates integration feasibility. But a single decision-maker works fine too.
Is the demo recorded? Can I share it with colleagues?
We can record the session if you'd like — just let us know. We're also happy to run a second session for additional stakeholders if that's more practical.
What's the next step after the demo?
If there's mutual interest, we move to a scoping phase: we map your current systems, identify which modules to activate first, and provide a concrete implementation proposal with timeline and investment. There's no commitment from the demo itself.
